2012 Moomba Mojo 2.5 In Detail

We received our first 2012 Moomba Mojo 2.5 from Skiers Choice last week.  We were planning on putting it on the water and running it, getting pictures and video of all different wakes with various ballast setups.  Of course the crazy Arkansas weather got on the way with 1-2″ of snow one day and sub freezing temperatures this past week.  Maybe if we get a few warm days we can go through with our original plan.  For now, we decided to take some pictures of some of the notable new features on the new Mojo 2.5 and also point out some things that a new for the 2012 Moombas in general.  So let’s get this going…..

First, I wanted to point out the pure depth of the hull.  This thing is DEEP!!!

Next is the transom hook/step.  Since the hull is so deep, this will help kids or shorter people be able to climb into the boat from the swim platform.

Rubber under ballast bags.  Also note how deep these compartments are.  I am 5’10″ and when standing in this compartment, the top nearly hits me at my waist.

OZ Tower with accessories.  We did fold the tower with all accessories installed.  When folded, the tallast part of the tower was approximately 90″.  This is on the standard trailer and we did not play with adjusting the tongue up or down.
